So one of our "Besties" posed this question to me on our Facebook page...what do you guys think?

I think that forgiveness is more for the person who needs to forgive than it is for the person that needs to be forgiven. I believe that once you have truly forgiven someone, then you are no longer effected by what they did or continue to do. I also believe that just because you forgive someone doesn't mean you have to stick around or continue to deal with them, and if you decide to leave and no longer deal with them it doesn't necessarily mean that you haven't forgiven them. What do you guys think? Let's chat about it.....
